Signing in to the portal

Your invitation, your password and switching to Filipino.

For:Employee

Basahin sa Filipino

If your company uses the Sahora employee portal, HR invites you by email. This guide shows how to set up your account, sign in afterwards, reset a forgotten password and switch the portal to Filipino.

Before you start

  • Only companies that use the employee portal give employees a login. If you were expecting an invitation and didn't get one, ask HR.
  • The sign-in screens are in English. Once you are in the portal, you can switch to Filipino.

Set up your account

  1. Open the email "You're invited to Sahora" and click Set up my account. The link works once and expires after 24 hours.
  2. On Set up your account, click Continue.
  3. On Choose your password, type a New password: at least 12 characters, with uppercase and lowercase letters and a number.
  4. Type the same password in Type it again and click Save password.
  5. Under Before you continue, read the privacy notice. Scroll to the end, then click I have read the privacy notice. The button works only once you reach the end.

You are now in the portal. You see the privacy notice again only when it is updated.

Sign in next time

  1. Go to sahora.ph and click Sign in.
  2. Type your Email and Password, then click Sign in.

Add Sahora to your phone's home screen so it opens like an app (see Installing Sahora on your phone).

Forgot your password

  1. On the sign-in screen, click Forgot password?.
  2. On Reset password, type your email and click Send reset link.
  3. Open the email and click its link, then click Continue on Reset your password.
  4. Choose a new password as above.

This also works if your invitation link expired before you finished setting up your account.

Switch to Filipino

At the top of the portal, tap FIL. The menu, the portal pages and the Help guides change to Filipino. Tap EN to go back to English. Sahora keeps your choice for the next time you sign in.

What can go wrong

  • "That link is invalid or has expired. Ask for a new one.": the link was already used or is more than 24 hours old. Use Forgot password? to get a new one, or ask HR to send your invitation again.
  • "The two passwords don't match.": type the same password in both boxes.
  • "Include at least one lowercase letter, one uppercase letter and one number.": add the missing kind of character.
  • "Too many failed attempts. Try again in 15 minutes, or reset your password.": wait, or use Forgot password?.
  • "You were signed out after a period of inactivity.": Sahora signs you out when you leave it unused for a while. Sign in again.

Good to know

  • Employees don't need two-step verification. If you are also a supervisor, Sahora asks you to set up an authenticator app, plus a backup one, the first time you sign in. See For supervisors: My team.
  • Devices, at the top of the portal, lists where your login is signed in. If you see a device you don't recognise, click Sign out beside it, then choose a new password with Forgot password?. The Devices page is in English.
  • Never share your password. HR doesn't need it to help you.

Where this guide gives a rate, limit or number of days set by law, it is the one in force today, 24 October 2026, from the official tables Sahora uses for payroll.
