My profile shows the details your employer keeps about you. This guide shows how to change your display name, ask HR to change your contact details, fill in your details when HR asks, and ask for a certificate of employment.

Your profile

Open My profile. You see:

  • Signed in as and your email.
  • Display name: the name Sahora shows for you in the app. Change it and tap Save. It doesn't change your name in your 201 file.
  • My documents: copies HR shared with you from your 201 file, with their expiry dates. Tap one to open it.
  • My 201 details: your Employee No, position and hire date.

Your government numbers and bank account are kept by HR. Ask HR in person to change those.

Ask HR to change your contact details

  1. On My profile, under My 201 details, choose What to change: Email address, Mobile number, Home address or Civil status. The list shows what is on file now.
  2. Type the New value.
  3. Optional: type a Reason (optional), for example "moved house".
  4. Tap Ask HR to change it. You see "Sent to HR for approval."

The request waits for HR, with waiting since and the date. Tap Withdraw to take it back. Once HR approves it, the new value is saved in your record.

Changing the email address here updates your employee record. It doesn't change the email you sign in with.

Fill in your details when HR asks

HR may ask you to fill in your own details for your 201 file. You get a notification, and My employee details shows To fill in. You can also reach it from the link on My profile.

  1. Fill in Personal details: fields marked * are needed before you can send.
  2. Fill in Government numbers: TIN, SSS number, PhilHealth number and Pag-IBIG MID number. Type each number twice; the second box doesn't accept pasting. A number already on file shows its last digits; leave it blank to keep it.
  3. Fill in Bank account for your pay: Bank, Account name and Account number.
  4. Under ID copies, add each ID HR asked for: type Which ID (for example UMID), choose a photo or PDF up to 4 MB, and tap Attach. Add them one at a time.
  5. Tap Save for later to continue another time.
  6. When everything is complete, tick the confirmation and tap Send to HR.

The status changes to Sent to HR. If HR sends it back, it shows Returned: please check with HR's note: correct it and send it again. When HR has used your details, it shows Done.

Government and bank numbers are encrypted as soon as you save, and only your employer's payroll team can see them.

Ask for a certificate of employment

  1. Open My requests.
  2. Under Certificate of employment, type what it is for if you like, for example a bank loan or a visa.
  3. Tap Ask for a certificate. You see "Sent. HR will let you know when it is ready."

HR is told right away and releases the certificate within 3 days. Your request shows Pending in All requests until HR marks it Released, and you get a notification. You can have one request waiting at a time.

What can go wrong

  • "A request for this detail is already waiting; withdraw it first.": withdraw the old request, then ask again.
  • "Mobile: 11 digits starting with 09 (or +639...).": check your mobile number.
  • "That is already on file.": the new value is the same as the current one.
  • "You already have a request waiting.": wait for HR to release your certificate.
