See your balances and sign a loan authorization.

For:Employee

Basahin sa Filipino

The Loans page shows what is deducted from your pay each period, how much has been deducted so far and what is left. When your employer gives you a company loan or cash advance, you also sign its salary deduction authorization there.

See your balances

  1. Open Loans. The page is called My loans and deductions.
  2. The Balances table lists each loan or deduction, as of today:
ColumnWhat it shows
DeductionThe kind, such as SSS loan, Pag-IBIG loan, Company loan, Cash advance, SSS WISP Plus, Pag-IBIG MP2 or Pag-IBIG voluntary.
StatusWhether it is still being deducted.
Per deductionThe amount taken each time, per pay or per month.
TotalThe full amount to be deducted, or open-ended for a deduction with no end amount.
Deducted so farWhat has been deducted on approved payslips.
BalanceWhat is still to be deducted.

Only approved payslips count in Deducted so far. A payroll that is still being prepared doesn't change your balance yet.

If anything doesn't match your own records, for example your SSS or Pag-IBIG loan statement, ask HR to correct it.

Sign a loan authorization

When your employer adds a company loan or cash advance that needs your signature, an Authorization to sign card appears at the top of the page. Nothing is deducted until you sign.

  1. Read the authorization in the card. It shows the loan, the amount, each installment and when deductions start.
  2. Tick I have read the salary deduction authorization above and I sign it.
  3. Draw your signature in the box with your finger. Tap Clear to start again.
  4. Tap Sign the authorization.

You see a message that the authorization is signed, and your employer then deducts the installments as agreed.

Your signed copies

Signed authorizations lists each authorization you signed, with the date. Tap one to open your copy. Some open in the PDF viewer.

What can go wrong

  • "Tick that you have read the authorization to sign.": tick the box before signing.
  • "Draw your signature first.": draw in the box, then tap Sign the authorization again.
  • "This authorization is not waiting for your signature.": it was already signed, or HR changed the loan. Reload the page.
  • If the amounts in the authorization are wrong, don't sign. Ask HR to correct the loan first.

Good to know

  • SSS and Pag-IBIG loans don't need an authorization signed in Sahora. Only company loans and cash advances do.
  • Your payslip lists each deduction made in that pay. See Your payslips.
