For:Owner / ManagementPayroll officerHR adminPayroll approverFinance

The Reports page lists every report Sahora makes from your time log and approved payrolls: attendance, payroll, remittances and filing, employees and year-end. This guide shows how to find a report, filter it, pin the ones you use most and have one emailed on a schedule.

Find a report

  1. Click Reports in the menu.
  2. Type in Search reports to search titles and descriptions, or click a tag after For: (HR, Payroll, Accounting, Compliance) to see only those reports. Click Clear to show everything again.
  3. Click a report's card to open it.

The cards are grouped by topic: Attendance and time, Remittances and filing, Payroll, Employees and compliance and Year-end. The Attendance exceptions card shows how many exceptions are still open.

Pin the reports you use most

Click the pin on a report's card. It moves to Pinned at the top of the page. Click it again to unpin. Your pins are your own; other users have theirs.

Filter a report

Each report shows only the filters that apply to it, for example employee, department, branch, the dates, employment status, pay group, active or separated, and Group by.

  1. Choose the filters.
  2. For the dates, pick a preset such as Pay period (cut-off), Monthly or Yearly, or Custom dates.
  3. Click Apply.

Active filters show as chips. Click a chip to remove it, or Clear all. If nothing fits, the report says "Nothing matches these filters."

Department and branch filters use each employee's current department and branch. Downloads follow the filters you set. The official BIR returns (the 1601-C, 1604-C and the alphalist file) always cover the whole company.

Download a report

Most reports have Download Excel, and several have a PDF you can view and print. Excel downloads are for Owner / Management, payroll officers and Finance.

Email a report on a schedule

  1. Open the report and set its filters.
  2. Click Email this report on a schedule at the top.
  3. Under How often, choose Every cut-off (the day after a pay period ends), Weekly (and the day) or Monthly (on the 1st, for the month before).
  4. Under Send to, tick the people who should get it.
  5. Click Schedule.

You can also start from Reports → Scheduled reports, choose the report there and save it without filters. The list shows each schedule with Last sent; click Pause, Resume or Delete to change one.

Schedules are made by Owner / Management, payroll officers, HR admins and Finance. Who can receive one:

  • Only active users of your company's workspace.
  • For a report with pay amounts, only people who may see pay. Others show "(doesn't see pay)" and can't be ticked.
  • If your company's emails to clients are switched off, no scheduled report is sent.

Who sees amounts

Reports with peso amounts are for Owner / Management, payroll officers, Finance and payroll approvers. Other roles, such as HR admins, don't see those reports on the page, and a link to one brings them back with a note. Some attendance reports show pesos only to those roles too.

Reports on paid plans

Paid plans Payroll comparison, the Year ledger and cost center splits come with the paid plans. On the Free Plan their cards show Paid plans and the report explains what the paid plans add. The payroll register and every BIR and government report are on every plan.
