SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions

The contributions file, the Pag-IBIG form and checking an agency statement.

For:Owner / ManagementPayroll officerFinance

Each month Sahora adds up the SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions from your payrolls and prepares the files you need to remit them. This guide shows where to find the figures, how to download the files and how to check an agency's statement before you pay.

Sahora prepares the figures and files. You remit them through each agency's own portal or payment channel.

Before you start

The contribution rates and ceilings come from the tables in force. To see how they work for one salary, use the cost calculator. Changes are posted on Statutory updates.

See the month's contributions

  1. Open Reports and click SSS, PhilHealth and Pag-IBIG contributions.
  2. Choose the Month and click Apply.

At the top you see what to remit to each agency, split into the employee share (EE), the employer share (ER) and, for SSS, the EC contribution. Below that, the table lists each employee's shares.

To see what each employee's contributions were computed on, click Contribution bases.

If you filter by employee, department or branch, the figures and downloads cover only those employees, not your whole remittance.

Download the contributions file

  1. On the same page, click Download Excel.

The Excel has one sheet per agency with each employee's ID number, plus the month's SSS and Pag-IBIG loan, WISP Plus and MP2 remittance lists. Because it shows full ID numbers, each download is recorded in your company's activity log.

Download the Pag-IBIG remittance form

  1. Find the Pag-IBIG remittance form card.
  2. Fix anything listed above the button, for example "no Pag-IBIG MID number on file" for an employee, or a missing employer detail in Company setup.
  3. Click Download Pag-IBIG form.

The file is in the Excel layout Pag-IBIG takes: one F1 row per member (voluntary Pag-IBIG savings are added to the employee share) and one M2 row per MP2 account. Sahora fills in the remarks N, RS, RT or D from hire and separation dates. Mark L (leave without pay or AWOL) yourself before uploading.

Check an agency statement

Paid plans

Before paying, you can compare the agency's own statement with your payroll.

  1. Download the statement from the agency's portal: SSS's Electronic Contribution Collection List (e-CCL) or PhilHealth's Statement of Premium Account (SPA).
  2. Under Check an agency statement, click Choose the statement and pick the PDF.
  3. Click Check.

Sahora reads the month from the statement and compares it, employee by employee, with that month's released payrolls. Each row shows Same, Different, Only on the statement or Only in payroll, with the totals and their difference. Fix any difference before you pay. The file is read once and not kept.

Record the payment

After you pay, record it on the filing calendar with Mark remitted. The calendar then compares what you paid with the computed amount.

What can go wrong

  • "No approved payroll yet.": no payroll has been released yet. The page counts released payrolls only.
  • "Not recognized. Upload SSS's Electronic Contribution Collection List (e-CCL) or PhilHealth's Statement of Premium Account (SPA), as downloaded from the portal.": upload the PDF exactly as the portal gave it, not a scan or a printout.
  • "No released payroll with a pay date in ... to compare with.": release that month's payroll first.
  • "The employer number on the statement is not this company's SSS employer number." (or the same message about the PEN for PhilHealth): check that you downloaded the statement for the right company, and that the employer number in Company setup is right.

Good to know

  • If your company or some employees are set up so that contributions are not deducted, the page says so. See Special cases.
  • Owners, payroll officers and Finance can download the files.

Where this guide gives a rate, limit or number of days set by law, it is the one in force today, 24 October 2026, from the official tables Sahora uses for payroll.
